Mirror of Dreams fanart - final version

I wouldn't have thought I'd actually manage to finish this today, but I'm happy I did.

[Mirror of Dreams at DA]

[Large detail shot]

The colors are too faded in the browser view, which means I messed up my color management somewhere along the way. *sigh* I'm too tired to take care of it tonight, though.

Oh, it's beautiful! I love the flow of her hair, and the ripples in the cloth, and the character poise...Absolutely gorgeous, TE. :-D

Thanks! Clothes will be the death of me though. Or, er, details of any kind. ^^;

Gah, you make me want to watch Avatar so I can find these two characters and ship them :3

Somehow I'm drawn to the branches lining the mirror and the subtle textures in the bg. I envy how you seem to render your characters with loose brushstrokes but they come out looking lovely and not at all messy <3

And omg, the patterns on the vest must have taken a long time to do O_O It's my favourite part of the picture XD

Actually, the patterns took, like, ten minutes tops. It's the faces that drive me crazy every time.

Ohhh. Gorgeous. This is one of my favorite Avatar-pairings, which makes it even better. I love the mirror!Katara/real!Katara handtouching, especially.

Though it is a little strange to see a Zuko with pretty!hair :D

But... but... Zuko is so deserving of pretty hair! Seeing how he's so emo and torn^up inside and likely to grow into a total badass if he doesn't commit suicide in his late teens! ^__^

Hi! I'm sorry if I seem like some random stalker, but I found your drawing from DA and then ended up here while trying to find contact info. I absolutely love this drawing, and the use of the mirror idea is quite brilliant! I would really like to see the original drawing details, but the casualsinner link doesn't work any more. Do you happen to have the original backed on another site?
