This time it has colouring of sorts, because I just couldn't help it. Mmmmm, Sesshoumaru.

That's one round butt she's got! Wow! Kagome got back!

Very, very funny. And very good!

AHAHAHAHA! That was great! It's rare when I laugh and drool at the same time. No. Really, it is. ;p

And I'm really, really glad you colored it. It has a much better impact with color than in black and white.

*sigh* I think I'm addicted to you. (^.^)

Actually it sounds dangerous too. ^^;

I'm colouring page three too by the way -- now that I started it seems I can't stop even if it's ever so much more additional work.

Her butt is just, like, soooo big! (But I love round butts anyway, so yum!)

Just... the expression on her face is perfect, like she's vaguely put out that he would expect her to touch him, and I love the little commentary - it's a) adorable, and b) reminds me of the Fruits Basket manga, which is stuffed full of little notes like that. And of course, Sess looks delicious on his back and in chains *ADORE*

Also, ps - this might sound like a weird thing to ask, but do you mind if I put a little plug for this in the author's notes of House of the Moon when you finish it? It's just wonderful, and I bet a lot of the Sess/Kag shippers who read HotM would get a huge kick out of it.

Heh, it's a veritable JLo butt. :)

And I'll keep putting in commentaries because I can't help myself.

I don't mind the plug at all -- I'd be eternally thankful, actually. The only people I hope will never come across this are my uni colleagues, or even worse, the students I teach occasionally. O_o

Thanks! And of course it's okay to friend me! I meant to friend you too anyway, but the doodling frenzy fired my brain. :P

Ok, so I was curious and went to find something out about this story. Got a few questions.

1. Why do you like the pairing of Kagome/Sesshoumaru instead of Kagome/Inuyasha? I thought he was supposed to be her long-lost love, not his brother. Is there some sort of cool dynamic between Kagome and Sesshoumaru that lends itself better to a pairing?

2. Why does Inuyasha have cat ears? I know he's half-demon; wouldn't it make more sense for his entirely-demon brother to have the funky ears instead? Because all the images showed Sesshoumaru with normal-ish ears.

My apologies if these questions are hopelessly stupid but I'm a total rube where anime is concerned-- haven't even seen an episode of Sailor Moon, which I is I believe fairly ubiquitious in the anime world, is it not?

Hey sweets!

I'll try to answer as well as I can...

1. I have a problem with Kagome/Inuyasha. Kagome is the reincarnation of Inuyasha's former love, the priestess Kikyo, and Kikyo gets resurrected relatively early in the series. So Inuyasha's still in love with her although Resurrected!Kikyo hates his guts and tries to kill him more than once. And he doesn't treat Kagome all that well.

Besides, Inuyasha's loud, brash, immature and generally obnoxious (he is sweet, too, but the way five year olds are sweet -- not exactly relationship material).

As to Sesshoumaru/Kagome -- again, Sesshoumaru is the type of character I love: cold, aloof, obsessed with his sword deadly and also extremely intelligent (except when it comes to the sword thing). He's a walking dichotomy too: he claims to hate human but goes to incredible lengths to protect a small human girl called Rin.

Kagome's very likeable, and to me Sesshoumaru's closer to the ideal fictional guy than Inuyasha, so I tend to like pairing them off. There's also the fact that they're polar opposites -- she's a priestess, he's a demon, she's compassionate, he's cold and so on. :)

2. Inuyasha's ears are probably a matter of design. But only very powerful demons look as human as Sesshoumaru does -- a humanoid form is a sign of very good control over one's powers.

I don't think the answers are satisfactory, but I don't know how to put it better than that. Personally, I got into Inuyasha fandom reading fanfiction and started watching the series much later... That might work for you as well, if you have the time and inclination. :)

Hehe, indeed. Sailor Moon was the first anime I watched.

Cool, thanks! I appreciate your explanation, and put that way, I agree. Sesshoumaru sounds vastly preferable.

Sesshoumaru sounds vastly preferable.

Indeed.

Although there's this monk, who's the sweetest, wisest, most perfect pervert one can imagine. And he's got a wicked sense of humour. And he asks every woman he meets if she wants to bear his children.

Well, not every woman. Actually only the pretty ones.

That doesn't mean he's shallow though, because he's cursed and actually behaving very rationally and admirably for someone whose days are numbered (or rather more numbered than other people's days).

And I'm not making sense at all, but I just had to get this off my chest.

And in case you want to know what I'm talking about, you could take a look at this. It's only one chapter. :) But if you don't feel inclined to that's fine too. ^__^

That was AWESOME, so funny, and the UST was sublime. Is there more? I want more! I want them to make with the hot sex!

Well, she said in her LJ (boonies) she's nearly finished with it and it came out longer than expected, so I think she'll post the rest soon. I hope. Because I'm so impatient to read it (smut!). But she's got a completed (long) fic called 'Chasing Methuselah' featuring the same pairing, and it's both dark and funny, complex and just perfectly wonderful. I think you'll like it if you liked this one -- should you have the time to read it, that is. :)

Is there some hot sex in it? Or at least more of that delicious UST? If so, I'm there!

Plenty of UST, and the sex, when it finally gets there, is just mind-blowing. Because it's not gratuitous at all. But I guess you'll see what I mean when I read it. :)
